Rubicon Express designs and manufactures suspension systems to provide the greatest performance and value to our customers. Their systems provide exceptional articulation and wheel travel for maximum off road traction while maintaining comfortable and safe on road handling characteristics. Jeep YJ Kits
	RE5015 Spring Over Conversion Kit - This conversion kit moves the leaf spring perch to over top the axle, markedly increasing lift and flexibility. Spring over Axle lifts retain a stock-type ride quality by retaining the original spring. Modifications for this lift include removing original spring perches, welding of new perches, and other adjustments. A CV-type driveshaft is strongly recommended for this application.
RE5505 2.5" Standard Suspension - Designed for the budget minded Jeeper looking to clear larger tires, the 2.5" Standard kit is the perfect starter kit for the YJ owner.
	RE5515 4" Standard Suspension - Our basic suspension lift for the YJ, this complete kit nets 4" of lift. 33x12.50" tires are easily cleared with an improved ride and articulation.
RE5520 4.5" Extreme Duty Suspension System - Offering the highest quality leaf springs available, the Rubicon Extreme Duty kit is the ultimate spring under lift available for the YJ. No other spring can match its durability, flexibility or ride. This kit will clear a 33x12.50" tire with no additional modifications.
	RE5525 4" Suspension System - The Rubicon Extreme-duty spring under kits are favorites among the classic die hard jeeper. These are similar to the YJ kits yet include extra hardware allowing the use of 2.5" wide springs on the front of a CJ. This is the best lift money can buy for a CJ.
RE5530 2.5" Extreme Duty Suspension System - The top of the line 2.5" suspension for the YJ, this kit also offers only the best components for your Jeep. Clearance gains make room for a 31x10.50" tire.
Jeep CJ Kits

RE6010 3.5" Super-Flex Kit - Providing 3.5" of flexible off road suspension with RE’s Super-Flex front arms, this Super-Flex kit gives ample clearance for 31x10.50" tires.
	RE6020 3.5" XJ Super-Ride Kit - The 3.5" Super-Ride kit matches a flexible off road suspension with a better than stock on road ride. Including Rubicon’s exclusive Super-Ride arms, this kit will outperform any other kit in its price range.
RE6030 3.5" Super-Flex Kit - Providing 3.5" of flexible off road suspension with RE’s Super-Flex front arms, this Super-Flex kit gives ample clearance for 31x10.50" tires.
	RE6111 4.5" XJ Super-Flex Kit - The 6111 kit is an affordable alternative to our RE 6130 4.5" kit. This kit provides the same clearances, but uses an add-a-leaf and lift block for the rear suspension lift.
RE6130 4.5" XJ Super-Flex Kit - The 4.5" Super-Flex replaces all your suspension hardware with Rubicon’s top-of-the-line springs, and arms for clearance of 32x11.50 tires.
	RE6160 2" XJ Standard Kit - With a 2" increase in vehicle stance, clearance for aggressive 30x9.50" tires, and greatly increased off road prowess, the Standard kit is a great starting point for new XJ owners.
RE6200 5.5" XJ Extreme Duty - This kit is designed for Cherokee owners who won't settle for second best. We have designed this kit to be the ulitmate upgrades for the venerable XJ. Everything has been designed to work together for hardcore trail use. You will be surprised by the excellent street manners this kit affords.
Jeep TJ Kits
	RE7002 3.5" Standard Kit - The Standard kit is a perfect entry for those looking to run 33" tires on a smaller budget. The 3.5" Standard kit includes springs, and bump stops, but maintains stock control arms and track bars. On and off road performance of this kit is excellent and is easily upgradeable to the Super-Flex kit by adding our control arms, heavy-duty front track bar, and other Super-Flex components.
RE7003 3.5" Super Flex Kit - The TJ Super-Flex Kit is the ultimate suspension for TJ’s running the factory suspension geometry. A complete suspension system, the RE 7003 Super-Flex kit is offered in a 3.5" lift height. Combining its superior flexibility and handling, your TJ will have the on and off road prowess you’re looking for.
	RE7030 2" Budget Boost - The Budget Boost is an effective and affordable way to gain more clearance, flexibility, and handling from the TJ. Vehicle height is increased by 2" with spring spacers. Longer travel shocks provide a sportier ride and much greater articulation.
RE7204 4.5" Extreme Duty Long Arm - The Rubicon 4.5" Extreme Duty Long Arm kit is the most advanced, best performing suspension system available for the TJ. Designed as a complete replacement suspension, the Extreme Duty kit maintains proper control arm and steering geometry for lifted TJ’s, improving the stability of the vehicle on and off road. Jeep ZJ Kits
	RE8000 4.5" Super-Flex - The top of the line suspension for the ZJ, the Super-Flex kit upgrades all stock suspension components, creating an astoundingly capable off road performer. The 4.5" kit will clear 31x10.50", 32x11.50" or 33x10.50" tires without additional modifications.
RE8003 3.5" ZJ Super-Flex Kit - The 3.5" ZJ Super-Flex kits provides all the same features and benefits of the 4.5" kit, but with a lower ride height. The 3.5" kit clears 31" tires without additional modifications.
	RE8005 3.5" ZJ Super-Ride Kit - This 3.5" lift kit provides the most comfortable ride available for the ZJ, while still allowing for clearance for 31" tires. This kit utilizes Rubicon's exclusive Super-Ride control arms.
RE8030 1.5" ZJ Budget Boost - This 1.5" kit improves the stance and flexibility of the Grand Cherokee, giving room for 31x10.50" tires.

Suspension Components

Rubicon Express offers a host of suspension and steering parts for your Jeep vehicle. All components are designed to work as a system with their suspension kits; however, many can be added onto other manufacturers lifts. Rubicon Express suspension parts are created of the highest quality metals and plastics and are flawlessly finished in paint or powerdercoat depending on application.

	Bump Stops - Get the most flex from your vehicle without damaging fender wells. Available for all makes and applications, different sizes available. Please call or email us for the parts that fit your application.
	Spring Perches - Rubicon Express spring pads have unique features like 1/4" steel construction, 6" contact area with spring, and multiple center pin holes for easy wheelbase adjustments. Unique offset pads make welding against the front differential a snap. Please call or email us for the parts that fit your application.
	Pitman Arms - Drop pitman arm helps reduce steering linkage angles on lifted vehicles. Variations are available for all applications. Please call or email us for the parts that fit your application.
	Cross Members - The long arm conversion pan is the heart of the RE7200 series lift kits. This is the new mounting point for all of the control arms, as well as the transmission and transfer case. The brackets are designed to strengthen the frame, while the convenient drop out center section allows for easy transfer case and transmission service without having to remove suspension components. Available for TJ.
	Spring Bushings - Polyurethane spring bushing kits. Available for all sizes of leaf springs. Available in pairs or sets.
	Tie Rods - H.D Drag link features solid bar construction for strength and the ability to make a custom z-bend for Wranglers with spring overs needing extra clearance under the leaf spring. Also available for TJ, XJ, and ZJ.

	RE9900 XJ Control Arm Drop Brackets - Cherokee control arm relocation brackets for XJ/ZJ/MJ - Cherokee control arm relocation brackets are used to relocate the upper and lower control arms approximately 3" lower and 1/2" forward of their factory position. The resulting reduction in control arm angle improves lifted ride and handling substantially. We recommend they be used in conjunction with the RE9900 support brackets on XJ model Cherokees. maximum benefit for lifts 3.5" and higher. easy installation.

	Super-flex Joints - The Super-flex 2 cartridge was originally designed to replace the heim joints used in some original suspension designs. The large size is a direct replacement for factory lower rubber bushings used on XJ/MJ/ZJ/TJ/WJ. This cartridge uses UHMW and a unique thread in side nut, which allows easy tightening, and rebuilding (the replacement part kit is RE3797). Available in small and large sizes.

Shackle and Shackle Reversal Kits

	RE2800 YJ Shackle Reverse Kit - This shackle reverse kit improves your vehicles handling by allowing the front wheels to move back and up as the suspension cycles. The kit installs easily with little drilling and no welding. Front driveshaft modification may be required.
	RE2700 Shackle XJ Rear 1.25" Lift - Extended rear shackle for XJ 1.25" lift. H.D. shackle features greasable bushing and will lift rear of Cherokee 1.25". A must for maximizing wheel travel on aftermarket spring packs. Black powder coat and clearances for bumper bolts.
	Greasable Shackle Kits - Available for front and rear, from 4" to 5".
	Greasable Angled Shackle Kits - Angled design helps achieve full travel on YJ rear springs.
	RE2785 Shackle CJ Conversion Front - Greasable front 2-1/2" spring conversion shackle kit for CJ +1" length. These shackles are designed to allow the mounting of softer, more flexible 2-1/2" Wrangler style springs to your CJ. Greasable shackles feature laser cut 1/4" side plates, black polyurethane bushings, greasable bolts and silver plating. Front shackles include cross bar for extra stability.
	RE2786 Shackle CJ Conversion Rear - Greasable rear 1-1/2" eye spring shackle kit for CJ +1" length.
	RE2790 Main Eye Bushing Greasable - Greasable main eye bushing kit. These 1-1/2" main eye bushings will replace your tired Clevite bushings and have a greasable bolt to lubricate your bushings without removal

Slip Yoke Eliminator Kits

	RE1811 HD SLIP YOKE ELIMINATOR KIT FOR NP231 - HD slip yoke eliminator kit for NP 231. Stock Jeeps have a slip yoke style output shaft at the rear driveline. This design is not conducive to off road use nor the steeper operating angles caused by suspension lifts. To ensure smooth and durable driveline operation convert to a fixed yoke output and install a CV driveshaft. A must on all lifts over 3.5". Drive Shaft and Transfer Case Kits

	RE1860 Driveshaft CVO RE1811 - 15.5" to 35.5" Spicer 1310 series CV driveshaft yoke style. This driveshaft is compatible with the RE1811 Slip yoke eliminator kit, Atlas transfer cases and any other 1310 series CV yoke.
	RE1898 Driveshaft CVF RE1801/7 - Spicer 1310 series driveshaft flange style. This driveshaft is compatible with the RE1807,RE1801 Slip yoke eliminator kits, and Currie Enterprises tail shaft conversion kits.
	RE1899-395 Driveshaft STD - Spicer 1310 series standard driveshaft non-CV. Standard Spicer driveshafts feature a long travel slip stub and yoke. These are non CV shafts and have two 1310 style u-joints.
	RE1823 Combo U-Joint 1310-1330 - Replacement U-joint for 1994-95 YJ Wranglers.

Throttle Body

The 62mm throttle body is the easiest way to gain an extra 15 horses. The Rubicon Express unit is all new construction from 6061 T6 aluminum. Features include improved bearing and blade design, largest possible bore size, red anodized finish and easy installation. Installation can be done in less than thirty minutes. CARB EO# for no smog hassles. A high flow air filter is recommended for maximum benefit.
